IMO the anger towards women (or men for that matter) is projection of anger toward yourself: finding out you believed the "fairy tale." I found out that indifference is getting deeper and deeper. Of course I interact with women: they still make up 50% of the population but I withdrew sex completely from the equation. Sure I like to see nice curves but that's on the level of liking to see a nice sportscar.

Simply this: What benefit does hate provide you? And: Why are you indulging hatred when there is so much else out there?

Look up a YouTube video called, "Be the hero of your own movie" by Joe Rogan. When you have done that do yourself the favor and follow his advice to the letter and T.

Why? Because if you focus that hate energy towards something that will benefit you, like reading, learning how to code, exercising the rewards will outweigh the hate.

I hate my father's sister. Do focus my time and energy on her? Nope, she does not live rent-free in my head! I hate my ex-girlfriend who cheated and left me at one of the lowest times of my life. Did I focus my time and energy on hating her? Nope, I went to paralegal school, visited different countries, etc.

Don't use hate to turn it into negative energy or turn you into a vengeful person. Turn that hate energy into something that will benefit you in the long and short term.

You don't want to be 70 plus years old, wondering or asking yourself how did you become so hateful. That is a wasted life. You want to be a 70 plus old asking: what more can do I do?

Hate corrodes the container that it is held in. That said, I do believe that one has to go through the rage phase. Just don't live there forever.

Hate is not the opposite of love, the hate that you’re feeling is actually a sense of loss. Indifference IS the oppositely love.

Don't listen to these fools who know nothing of emotions. Hate is okay, as long as it doesn't consume you. My issue is that if I stop doing things, I become consumed by it. Mostly I try to use it productively, I have a ton of other emotions, but when the hate comes, I hand a pen and paper and put thoughts to words and then I save that for a podcast for when i each to record it. Most of my creativity comes from harnessing these negative emotions and overcoming them, but you have to have some action.

It's okay to hate, just don't let it consume you. I don't know if I'll ever stop hating women, but I know I'll always be able to love them, those idiots don't know the difference between liking and loving. I definitely don't dwell on hating women, but thoughts just come sometimes when I see something about them that is triggering, like a false rape accusation. I still interact with them, I don't treat women badly, I just treat them like they treat each other, so I act like I'm better than them when I'm around them.
