You're living space, tools, gaming stuff, man caves, batchelor way of life is over, because you have to make room for the shoes, clothes, makeup, bathroom dram, and every other demand that females require.

If you're having game night, poker night, football weekend watching with a group of dudes, she may well not appreciate the rough humor, drinking games, and rowdy behavior, and she won't be getting any attention from you, which can cause issues.

Your entire schedule is now interrupted by another person's needs, demands, trips, work, and activities.

Her friends and family will now be visiting, spending weekends, and pushing her to marriage, and you will not like some of them at all, but will be forced to put up with all that drama.

You will be the "Fixit" guy for her phone, computer, car, and anything else.

"Honey, I need new tires, and my car is making a noise, can you just help me please"?

IF she gets into financial difficulties, needs loans, or wants to go back to school, you're going to be under pressure to "help out", thereby limiting your own investments. There is no guarantee you'll be together in a year or two, and you'll most likely never get the money back

Never let them move into a property you own, you will not get them out or you might end up losing half of it (depends where you live). would be better off renting some place instead so you can leave, at least you limit your exposure.

Never let them have access to your finances. Otherwise she will drain your accounts.

Never put them on your insurance

Never let them drive your vehicle(s)

SO in short never let them into your life as they will cost you more than you expect.
