Gender pay gap isn't the same as equal pay. How is this even a fucking argument. It's not about women getting paid less for doing the same job it's about less women being in high paid jobs relative to men. How is this so fucking hard to understand.

I like how it's starting to create an environment where women compete with men, because in the long run they realise they can't... and by then they are burnt out and rotten. No need for us to bitch about it just go toe to toe.

The trick to this is easy - just agree with everything they say, but always tack on "...for doing the same job."

Make it clear the wage is attached to the job, not the person doing it.

Negotiate at all.

My ex was a biomedical engineer trying for a PhD, ended up with a terminal Masters.

Got out, started looking for work, found a job within a month.

They lowballed their initial offer (as is customary). 45k/year.

Both her dad and I gave her the same advice: look up what the going rate is for someone in your position with your skills and education and make a reasonable counter-offer.

She went back and made a counter offer for 85k/year. The HR drones handling the offer balked at her, but the CEO (very small company) was overseas and would look at it when he got back.

When he got back he was like "wtf are you guys doing, her skills are a perfect fit for this job, give her the 85k."

(and they were - she had Japanese language skills and they were trying to expand into the Japanese market at the time, literally could not have found a more perfect applicant)

But the thing is, without me and her dad telling her that 1) the company was trying to fuck her with that initial offer and 2) this is normal, you're supposed to make a counter-offer,

SHE NEVER WOULD HAVE TRIED

She would've just meekly accepted the 45k/year and gotten fucked over.

THAT is why women get paid less.

Cos I guarantee the first thing they’d try find out is how much their male co-workers earn which would show them they earn the same, then what do they do? They just live in fantasy I swear

I work in a warehouse. Stacking, transporting, labeling, and shipping. It's dangerous, dirty work. Ask me how many women I see compared to men every day.

The dangerous, dirty jobs pay better, but they want to be paid the same to sit at a desk and type or answer the phone.

Some of the women managers in the company I work at are an absolute disgrace. And now the HR dept made up of mostly women want the next managerial promotions go to women. This is just so infuriating from the POV of a hard working man. At this rate our company is doomed and all the remaining dudes who work there will be simps or cucks who will have no problem working for their feminists overlords.

Would it do any good to link these delusional cunts the several recent studies that show the gender pay gap is not real? No, it wouldn't. Because it's not about pay, it's about the victimhood points. Their need to complain is proportional to how good their lives are. Deep down they know they're the most coddled and protected generation of women to ever walk the Earth.
