You have to detox from the brainwashing. The feeling of longing and lacking was taught to you. It is not a reality.

It takes time but eventually you will look back at the time that you felt like you needed and wanted women and shudder at the thought.

Just remember for the time being the math of it all: Do a simple global energy balance and it will be strikingly obvious that the energy spent by you is orders of magnitude higher than the one she spends.

Furthermore, everything she "brought" to the table was, and always will be, things you can obtain by yourself without any of the danger and psychological/emotional burden.

These are the main myths you must detox from: Love, sex, and loneliness. None of these things are fundamental realities. Love is a chemical high you get for a very short amount of time to trick you into copulating, sex is a vapid mechanical interaction that, in this day and age, is ridiculously dangerous and loneliness is an absolute fabrication.

When you are alone, your brainwashing will kick in and tell you that this is the time for you to feel sad. Pay attention to this, you will be able, with some introspection, to notice that these thoughts are not yours, you were educated to feel this.

Loneliness is bullshit, solitude is bliss.
