This might not be a popular opinion but I'm finding the SSRI Sertraline, an anti depressant, to be a great help. For one thing it first elevated my mood so that one workmate asked me if I'd won the lottery - she'd never seen me so happy about nothing. The second thing is it pretty much kills your sex-drive, which is great for me.

I actually had intrusive thoughts for almost 3 years, but 6 months on Sertraline has extinguished them. It was all due to finding out the truth about a woman I was in love with, and how hypocritical feminists are when some of them behave like that..

It does get better but it takes time, and in my case medication too.

Right on all accounts. You were lucky/unlucky enough to be born with a philosophically attuned brain. That means you do not run away from evidence and accept the truth even if it is horrible.

And you are alone. Not just phisically. In every way a man can be alone. Surrounded by an army of sleeping drones.

A few months ago I realized the same thing. That most of my conversations were variations of "oh look, it's raining." All of my male friends are very smart people, smarter than me for sure and yet they are all blue pilled to the bone.

The smartest among them just seem to shrug off the red pills I used to give him. It used to perplex me until I realized there must be something beyond intellect, a kind of philosophical honesty that is inherent to some men and extremely few women.

You have that and so do I and I would guess most men on this board have it. And for that we are isolated beyond comprehension.

I believe that this is the price we pay for the ultimate physical, emotional and mental freedom that is MGTOW when fully realized.

Give it time, you'll feel much better about it. Women are THE biggest complication in any man's life and being aware of it means you now understand it is far better to never deal with them.

Life is amazingly simple when we remove all the complicated bullshit from it. A simple life is a pleasant one.
