Do people still go on dinner dates? Last time I checked food doesn't make girls horny, so it seems like a waste of money. Even a cheap restaurant is gonna be like $50 by the time you're done, and if the date doesn't work out it's an hour of awkwardness.
Drinks are so much better, and also help you get laid.

Before MGTOW was really a thing, I listened to Tom Leykis and other "manosphere" guys. One of the tricks I learned was eating before a date and getting an appetizer or salad and water.
Most women (early 2000's) would be too embarrassed to be seen eating more than a man. If a woman ordered anything larger than you don't even bother with a second date. The other bonus was making underhanded, but seemingly innocuous comments about it to her, implying she was fat.
Watching a thot try to keep her composure while the hamster is spinning is worth the price of a meal.

Where I live, it's not rape unless she's so drunk that she passes out, or unless you gave her the booze without her knowing. So, if a girl drinks the alcohol willingly, and is conscious, she can consent.
This is actually the rape law in the majority of states. The only reason people think "Fucking a drunk girl is rape" is because the media and feminists have repeated the lie so many times.
I should note here for the censors that I don't support or condone actual rape under any circumstances.
That being said, everyone should make sure they understand the rape laws in their area.
