Along with being bullied at work I was also sexually harassed by a female coworker. When talking with my superiors (one male one female) about the bullying I mentioned the incident. The female first said: "That's a serious accusation." and when I explained the circumstances she tried to minimize "Oh, such things happen, it wasn't that big of a deal, there probably was alcohol involved and so on." It's sickening.
