Difference between TRP and MGTOW?

I've been browisng both for long time (MGTOW more) and from my understandig THE POSTS (not the idea) are this:

TheRedPill: Exposing female nature and creating methods to 'play the game' differently with women.

MGTOW: Exposing female nature and protecting oneself to the negative aspects of it.

This is just simplifying it am I right or should I view it differently.
