"to game them"? Thats not how it works. :) A woman is not a computer where you just need to press the right keys... Or do the right thing... like programming you know? if woman does abc, then say xyz; hehe thats programming with if/then loops but this is also called NLP. And it can work in short term but not in long term since you are not authentic by doing that. "Gaming" will never be successful because the most women will get that you are just extra nice etc. to fuck them. You need to be happy on your own. Pussy can be added up as a nice extra but without being happy it might be hard to even get one. "Gaming" only works when the girl you are trying to "game" is that horny that she does not even care who is fucking her.

What you need is a LTR though. But first you should be independent of your sex drive. One way is to masturbate. But masturbating with porn will have a really bad influence on your brain. But after masturbating without porn your are in a sleepy mood (at least I was always) its hard to get things done by this.

NoFap gives me energy i can use for self-improvement. I go to gym (working out makes me kind of happy its like a drug but also after working out some things are easier I can talk to people way easier, smalltalk is easy, no anxiety, I can flirt with girls without being shy (when im in a shy mood I usally dont flirt because it makes me not happy it makes me feel like shit to see that im unable in that moment to flirt) and there is no depression. The point is after working out your brain works more by intuition. You use the right side of your brain. (not the left side, I notice many many guys in this society today are led by their head, they are using their left side of brain which does logic analytic geometry etc.) It makes me more productive in general. It gives me purpose.

Also without gym it gives me huge willpower. And i see what i am able to resist to. What pain i can manage. This gives me self-esteem.

Fapping does not lift my happiness. So I try to be as independent of it. I can resist it. I still have a bigger sex drive than 95% of the people around me have. But I resist and dont make a fool of myself to fuck some pussy I dont sell myself short I STILL RESPECT MYSELF AND MY VALUES.

I think I dont need to say anything else. Sex is not my target. My target is to forget about that damned porn shit which ruins your brain. I want purpose in life. I work constantely on myself. I go to gym I meditate I have cold showers I learn english language because i want to move to usa. I do martial arts and i do nofap. I dont eat carbohydrates because they make me lazy and fat.

I am not addicted to porn. Its more like I am addicted to masturbation. I know you hear that very rarly but its true. I can keep away from porn for months, for years no problem. As long as I am allowed to masturbate :(

I have smoked several times in my life but im not addicted. Last time I smoked is months ago. I dont smoke. So im not a smoker and I hope I will never be. I have a dumbell with 10-50 pounds of weight Plates in total. I strenghten my arms, my breast, and my shoulders with it. I do simple pushups twice a week when I have karate lessons during warming-up as well as sit ups and other calisthenics stuff.

I dont take supplements or protein shakes, I just eat low carb (no Bread, no Rice, no Pasta and Pizza and no Taco, just a lot of eggs, some meat and fish some vegetables, some fruits, some oil, some milk and cheese etc. I want to stay under 50 gram of carbohydrated per day but once per week or so 100 grams are okay too. I eat the fried eggs with fluent yolk because that is the way how I can take as much protein as possible out of it.

Staying away from politics is an interesting point. I am not really interested in politics, I am interested in some topics of history. I have heard that watching news is bad for your brain because you get addicted to it like video games because these super spectacular articles about rampages and car crashes might make you feel depressed. Why should I stay away from politics? Because this topic will make me feel frustrated because of all this corruption? But how should you change somthing if you are not informed? idk...

I dont want to become famous if its not necessary. I dont need acknowledgment from outside to boost my self-esteem.

I think MGTOW means that you just do what your purpose is. If your purpose is lets say to become a musician or a comedian because you want to entertain people its almost impossible to be successful without being famous.

MGTOW looks imo more like a movement against the stuff feminazi-revolution has maken worse. And personally i appreciate that! Glad to see other people who are not doing everything for a woman and being mad about these "niceguys" who ruin the reputation and honor of men
