"I married a woman who was pregnant with another mans child just before my twentieth birthday.I signed my name to the Certificate of Live Birth and raised the little girl as my own for almost two years until we divorced ?due to her infidelity.

Although I had joint custody she would not permit me to have contact with the little girl or my biological son as per court order. My states laws were antiquated and unjustly in favor of a mothers rights.

I was ordered to pay child support which I complied with for some time before I made the poor choice to omit payment on the grounds that she wasn’t fulfilling her obligation to share custody or even allow visitation. I had erroneously thought it would earn me a court date to address my custodial rights. ( I didn’t have the money to retain an attorney and sue her in court, nor did I understand how law worked). I was subsequently charged with a felony for omitting to provide for a minor child.

I was incarcerated and served a term of ten years for the infraction. Fast forward to two years ago and the ex- wife is now MARRIED to the little girls biological father. They recieve two hundred dollars a month in back pay for the omission of support. He regularly steals the money from her purse to purchase methamphetamine. This is information that I have been made aware of by her, the ex-wife.

The feeling of being used and manipulated my ex-wife has been a continuous burdon on my mind and a bain not only on my finances but also on my self esteem. Then her taking this POS as a husband, and the two of them spending money I work for on top of it all is like a kick to the testicles. Add in his stealing of the money I feel he already stole to begin with, and emasculation seems like a conservative term for the emotions it provokes,

I have not yet conceded to the ugly truth that Ive been had, although I know there is no recourse. I’m not sure where to begin with an attempt to overcome such a negative experience of this magnitude.

I have tried prayer, sought counseling, and inquired to find out if there’s any legal action that I can take to fix the situation. Much to my dismay by Oklahoma state law I am legally obligated to pay the remaining balance to the both of these shameless excuses of human beings. I would certainly call this emasculation, I can’t see any way out."
