"You take the red pill—you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. "

Well, that about sums it up.

Over the last few days I've been rummaging through this sub, trying to make sense of it all. And it does make sense once you've experienced all of this stuff for 40 years.

But that's not where it gets weird. It gets weird over the next few days when you *actually* start seeing this stuff in realtime...

So, some background: former blue pill addict. Currently going through a divorce (I don't even need to explain what happened because I feel like you all know this story too well). Ex is/was a narc, so having to deal with that on top of all the "normal" bs. Oh, and we have a kid who lives with me. So you can just imagine exactly how bad things have been.

But I'm not here to whine about that stuff. I'm honestly just...well, amazed at how I can spot the behavior patterns now. And it's a bit unnerving...but also just fucking fascinating.

I have a coworker who I had actually met a few years back. From everything I've seen from over the past few years, she's actually quite a decent mom/wife to her husband. She definitely expresses...and acts...as though she wants to be a good wife to her husband (who in the past has had some issues of his own, and has tried to step up and get his shit together from what I've seen). She's also quite attractive. YMMV.

So today, I was caught off guard by the fact that she was wearing glasses. My ADHD kicked in. For some reason I said "Are you wearing glasses?"

She started politely talking about them, being slightly nearsighted, etc. Just normal stuff.

Except she was smiling more than usual. And nervously fidgeting with her hair.

About that time, the red pill kicked in. I politely finished listening, then got back to work.

"Holy shit. AWALT."

I wasn't flirting. I know her husband. I have ZERO plans to try to mess with anyone's relationship...ever.

And I know she wasn't flirting either. But the body language DEFINITELY confirmed that the red pill was probably the exact medication I needed.

tl;dr - You can't unsee this shit.
