Rather self-explanatory but basically he's tired of women trying to use him for money, he's seen his father scorned by the law, he is still somewhat young and wants to enjoy his time. Obviously angry as he repeats his blood is cold several times throughout the song. He believes women are ebbing away at his soul.

I interpret this as him stating how draining day to day life is when either living with women or having them invade your mind constantly.
