Last year I got a new co-worker. Took her under my wing and basically did the whole induction thing to get her settled.

Time passes, she finds her feet and turns into a little operator. Always meeting with management etc.

So today I got fired without any warning. Apparently it is because it I am not a team player and I did not help her with her work.

SMH is disbelief...
