Hold up!! Wait a fucking minute here!! You want to GYOW and you buy a bmw?!?!?!? That is the exact OPPOSITE of what GYOW is. bmws are status symbols that yuppies buy to impress their friends and to attract Stacys/Mikaelas, roasties, gold diggers, cougars and the like. No one who drives a bmw drive them like they have any sense. They are the most disrespectful, reckless, and dangerous drivers on the road. How can you expect to be independent of women when you are setting yourself to pull them in? The point of GYOW is to exist as an independent thinker and rebuke the stat quo. Not to go with the crowd. ESPECIALLY the yuppy crowd! That is not being humble and down to Earth. That is being flashy and arrogant and obnoxious. As an MGTOW I accept being eclectic and eccentric and overtyl avoid following trends and fads and doing what 'every other guy does'. What you describe is upper middle class mid life crisis.
