If you help a woman, you're forcing the patriarchy on her, and that's incorrect thought, she's strong and empowered and for you to interfere with that with your toxic masculinity will probably make you think you're entitled to rape.

Besides, the government can handle it anyway. Surely she remembers how to dial the police.

Whatever, when someone calls for help you call the cops. Let them deal with it. That's what society wants, no vigilantes, let the professionals deal with it.

would definitely at least call the cops. This happened to me years ago. A neighbor across the street from the house I was renting was beating the crap out of his wife. Scary to listen to. I immediately dialed 911 and alerted the police. 10 minutes later they arrived but it was obvious even they were afraid to intervene as they delayed in their patrol car till the neighbor had settled down. NO WAY would I personally intervene, just a good way to get hurt or killed and for what? If it was for a family member then sure, of course I would intervene, but for some stranger? thats just Stupid. Let the police handle it.

I’m probably a simp but if any voice cries help in a believable tone I’m investigating to try and aid.

That being said I grew up in a bad neighbourhood where we all made the mess so we all cleaned the mess and no one wanted police around.

I remember a post somewhere from a woman complaining. About a man walking up to her and asking if everything is alright, because she was sitting somewhere in a public space; crying. She even was proud about how she scolded him.

Well, I am still waiting for an explanation why the hell any man should then walk into a fire or an open knife for her.
