Equal rights,and equal opportunity. That's all. No such thing as everybody is equal. Makes the slogan chanting SJWs feel good about themselves while they look for soft targets. They are intrinsically weak and latch on to any fad/ pseudo political ideology going the rounds.

Somebody in the 70's misunderstood the difference between Equality of Opportunity and Equality of Outcomes. This is where the belief that women should be 50% of all CEO's and Senators and Astronauts, etc., comes from.

When you point out that women comprise something like 90% of early childhood teachers, nurses, secretaries, etc., this is no cause for alarm. Asking for women to be 50% of oil drillers, coal miners, soldiers, welders, etc., well that's just ridiculous, women don't want those jobs
