Women want equal representation in the workplace as long as it's a comfortable air conditioned office job. Which reminds me, I remember reading an article about women talking about what it's like to work on an oil rig, after reading the first sentence I closed the tab after quickly realizing the entire thing will be them whining about the physical labour required. Boo fucking hoo
