Everything you do is based on approval from others. Your job, car , house and clothes are all obtained in order to gain favor from others. You can never go MGTOW as long as you exist.

I got me a cheap house...own 5 t shirts Bd 2 shorts and 3 pairs of Jean's the rest is work uniforms and 1 pair of 5 year old nikes and 1 pair of 6 year old work boots. I drive a base model stick shift Cruze cause it's cheap and affordable and easily maintained. Bought a cheap house tailored to my needs as I live alone. 4 bed 2 bath bungalow 1200 sq ft with a detached newer 2.5 car garage. This is all for me buddy. Wrong, you can work yourself into a position where your car is paid, or you can pay cash for it, your house is paid off, you only depend on yourself, and you basically are in a position where others need your approval and not the other way around.

Yes, it's all a game and you have to game the game, but that's what MGTOW is about. Game the system to mitigate or eliminate risk and to use your RP knowledge to make the system work for you.

Does one save money to buy a house to seek approval? No, they buy a house to live comfortably. Does one buy a nice car to seek approval? No, they buy it to seek comfort when driving. Does one get a good paying job to seek approval? No, they get it to make more money so they have financial freedom. They may even enjoy their job. Nothing is based around seeking approval unless you specifically were taught to live that way, and apparently you have been.

I work so I can pay for shit I like, yes I could work a shitty job instead i've chosen a high paying (for my age) job in a professional setting. I will never have success or the things I want in life by working shitty jobs. I can see where you're going with the car thing, but I'm also a watch guy and spent 2.5k (english) on a watch last year, not to impress anyone, but because I liked it, it will also last a very long time and hold value. Clothes I wear for comfort, today I went out in a pair of trainers I've had for 3+ years, a pair of stained shorts and a long sleeve shirt (all cheap). You can go MGTOW. As long as you have enough clothes, a working car and an income stream, you're okay- some people will go minimalist (cheapest clothes, keep for years, cheap car hey as long as it works) and good for them. But surely as your success and financial strength grow you will want to improve your quality of life rather than slumming it, a nicer car for a nicer ride, could be safer, nicer clothes which will last longer and fit you better (though cheap clothes can be tailored I hear) and as your job goes on, you'll gain more power (management) and have to do less, or build up savings/ pension until you can retire.

I kind of see what you're getting at, It's kind of like how even as MGTOWs we're still cucked by society as our taxes pay for single mom stacey and chad's kids, but these things will end up making you loose sleep at night. If you wanna leave cheap and not work, good luck.
