Hello my MGTOW brothers. I seem to have hit a rough patch. Not financially or physically but mentally.

My story: I grew up fairly poor in a small town, but never went hungry and was never jealous of those with more. I started working farms when I turned 13 and other than a short layoff in 2008 I've been working since. I spent 12 years in the military only leaving due to a cancer related medical separation. I beat it and have beaten a second type a few years later. The military experience helped me land a decent job and while working I raised my daughter by myself, never even thinking of taking a government handout. We did eat a lot of beans, rice, and Ramen. I've never taken out a loan and the only debt I have had was short term medical. I buy vehicles that can get from point a to b, and saved ten years to buy my houses and land with cash. 40,000 dollars and 6 years afterwards to build it up how I wanted it. It just appraised at 120,000 (for taxes, grrrr). I rent one to family for the cost of those taxes and it works out well. I've always been self reliant never ask for help and have done well for myself.

Lately though everywhere I look I see people screaming, "take care of me." It's not just the women, although they're the worst culprits. People everywhere are shouting for free stuff. Socialism and Communism are being heralded from every corner of social media. No-one wants to take care of themselves. It's like I'm living in a world of children all bawling like babes because they might have to take some blame or make some effort. I just want to growl, "eat your beans and rice, sell the fancy car, stop wasting money and time on fancy electronic whiz bangs, save your money and better your situation. Take some pride.

While they are begging, "help me", they're claiming I'm the evil one causing all their problems. I'm evil because I'm white. I'm evil because I'm male. I'm evil because I'm a "landlord". I'm evil because I have money in savings. I'm evil because I want to choose who to help with my money. I'm evil because I am proud of my accomplishments. Every where I turn I'm being told I am to blame and it's becoming terribly demoralizing.

I live MGTOW and could possibly live free from all of society, but how long will it be before these loud clamoring voices gain power and come to take what I have built by force. Hopefully not during my lifetime, but who knows. Are my worries justified? Is it just a few overly loud voices? Maybe it's just media. With the world in such turmoil, I can see major changes to life. We're printing too much money. Too much of the population survives off the work of others. Our governments work in shadows. The wealth disparity is astronomical. Tempers are high everywhere, and people seem to be going a little more bonkers all over the globe. Man I'd hate to see WWIII during my lifetime. So many worries and I just keep my nose to the grindstone as an essential employee who has no idea why he's essential. It's a confusing time and I'd love to hear a few similar thinking voices of reason.
