You can start by understanding and accepting that men and women love in fundamentally different ways. Men give love by providing security and safety to women he cares for. Women receive love from men by feeling safe and secure. Women give love to men in the same way they love their sisters, and brothers, and parents. Men however feel love from women primarily through physical intimacy and deep emotional intimacy provided exclusively to him by her, and no one else.

A deep and honest look into male and female natures and the reality of the western world today has led me and many other MGTOW from all desire to be loved by women. Many among us don't even believe it to be possible for men to be loved by women in the way that men innately feel loved by a woman. Once you disconnect all need to be validated in any capacity as a man, by a woman, there will be no more desire. It's unfortunate, but so is reality.

You have to understand that is not 'love', it is evolution at work. We are designed to chase women, so we can impregnate them, and perpetuate our genes.

Having a well rounded life, with plenty of friends and hobbies will help you navigate this. There is no problem with having sex, as long as you take care of business and condom up.

Don't ever get attached under the age of 30, at which time you should have gained enough maturity to make 'rational' decisions about what you want.

Too many men do not have enough life training at an early age, due to the lack of a decent male role model.
