I started consistently cooking recently after properly budgeting and seeing my biggest money bleed was on eating out

All the cooking I did was very simple, just boiled vegetables or a grilled steak and some fermented foods, once I stopped eating out I began cooking more and more and now developing a real enjoyment in it

If I'm in a rush I will fall back on the basics, but whenever I have time I have some ingredients set aside and a meal to make in mind

Buying raw ingredients also means getting the best quality unlike in the restaurant where you pay at least three times more.
