Fat acceptance generally doesn't go that far mainstream. It's a fringe group that really pushes for that kind of image. Normally what I see is that guys will just cringe at any weight. While girls will internally care, while being polite to one another. Personally it's not really a big deal how you wanna live your life.

Exactly, as someone who does workout, takes pride in their body and usually fat-shames, I can at least attest that some fat-dudes can be legitimately funny and charismatic to talk to. At least they have redeeming traits - whenever I think of fat dudes, I think of the type of guys that are keeping our Internets running and doing all the general maintenance. But whenever I think of fat women, I think of them as those that work those cushy admin jobs eating away their malteasers or sponging off the government.

Dude, you are hella observant.
It seems you might have inadvertently stumbled upon the answer to a mystery that has baffled our so-called "masters of the universe" who hath proclaimed that "women are funny," and are all the more surprised on how female comedians these days instill more dread in their audiences than legit humor.
When I was young, I was fat. And a fat boy is going to get laughed at. Because unlike a fat girl, there'll be nobody out there who will make it their mission to punish the people who make fun of you, when you're a fat boy. Fact was, the teachers, the scout leaders--even my own father--laughed at me.
But there's something you gain, believe it or not, when you become the butt of everyone's jokes. When everyone laughs at your expense, you discover your special gift you can give to the world: everybody has a good time, whenever you're around to beat on, or taunt, or tease, or insult. Sounds pathetic, I know, but when pathos is all you have to work with, you learn to work with what you've got. Yeah, they are having fun at the expense of your ego, so then you learn to build your ego around folks having fun at your expense.
I took my cues from Fred Berry and what he did on What's Happenin'. I said, "this is a kid like me who is fat, ugly, poor, stupid, uneducated, and has no sense of decency...just like me. But he's hella funny to watch. I can be like that!"
Because there's a strange thing that happens to you when you're the kid who everyone likes to beat up and pick on. If you can take it all in good humor, you'll find that the ones who torment you will seek you out, just so they can have fun with you. If you can take that in stride, you'll find they'll invite you along to all their stuff, just so they'll have someone to pick on.
Then you can become part of their group, specifically to be the guy who gets picked on, and if that doesn't bother you so much (you've had a lot of practice), you become their mascot, and they actually stick up for you, when other folks pick on you.
And if you can keep on going through childhood with good humor, taking it all in stride, you find that the very people who tormented you for your fatness consider you one of their very best friends...it sure came as a shock to me.
But women live in a different world. Nobody tells fat girls to their face how foul and disgusting they are. Nobody goes out of their way to taunt them, or beat them up in front of the whole class. Everybody acts like nothing is wrong with them in class, and at the playground. But everyone, especially the fat girl, knows the truth. And so it's no mystery why, whenever she calls some classmate, the classmate is always "busy." It's no mystery why nobody is hanging out with her on weekends. It's no secret why everybody has got an excuse why they don't want to be her lab partner. But everybody is too busy acting so cheerful and happy around her, calling her special, to admit the truth of what she is. And all of this doesn't build humility. It builds a deeply seated sense of resentment that manifests as evil, when she gets some authority, and uses it to take out her revenge upon the world.
That, I suspect, accounts for the difference. What say you?

tbh there's a very fine line between fat and lard and i feel like it's either genetics or muscle mass or both. Some people can be really fat and still have shape, others can be only a tiny bit fat and still look like lard. it's weird

There's a really big difference between just a bit of exercise and none at all.
Let's say two otherwise identical guys have different jobs - one is an office drone, the other is a store clerk. Just that bit of walking around, restocking and so on will have a huge impact.

One of the tricks in her toolbox is to convince you your physically less than her, even if reality says different. It works because she is more beautiful, usually, unless your gay but I"m not qualified to comment on that and I'm not willing to learn.

They would make a great couple. Lifestyles, values (food is yummy, why walk when you can ride?), and activity levels in common.

Fat women who reduce weight drastically are some of the nastiest most evil people out there and can do real psychological damage to the person they are in a relationship with.
