Yep, just got told I was "body shaming" simply because I didn't find a girl attractive anymore after she gained weight.

You want to be overweight and have cardiac issues, be my guest, don't expect others to cater to you. (For every 20lbs you add to your body mass you heart has to beat that much harder). Don't expect me to pay for it either. Don't expect the world to "accept" you for being lazy or having no self control.

Fat acceptance generally doesn't go that far mainstream. It's a fringe group that really pushes for that kind of image. Normally what I see is that guys will just cringe at any weight. While girls will internally care, while being polite to one another. Personally it's not really a big deal how you wanna live your life.

They would make a great couple. Lifestyles, values (food is yummy, why walk when you can ride?), and activity levels in common.

I agree with above poster fat acceptance doesn't garner much traction generally. The health consequences with joint pain, respiratory issues, diabetes, heart disease and so on are too overwhelming. However there is considerable truth in the notion obese females garner vastly more positive responses than obese men. There is even a subset of people who are pretty exclusively into women of weight. IDK if the converse is true.
