Yes but it still has to run.
Even the best idea will fail because it is only the best idea at that particular point in time.
It is constant monitoring, flexibility and knowing when to change that lead to success.
If someone is put into a CEO position and they change the culture to suit their own bias or are incapable of seeing the road forward and do nothing then failure is guaranteed.
