Female nature is hypergamous. Women tend to marry across and up the socioeconomic ladder. How often do you hear about a female neurosurgeon wanting to marry a plumber? It just doesn’t happen. I can’t blame women for that. It’s their nature. It’s in their DNA. I may as well get mad at rain for getting me wet. It’s incumbent on us to understand female nature and armor ourselves against it. To me the Red Pill is that understanding and Mgtow is my armor. To use the rain analogy Mgtow is my umbrella. What I do blame women and society for is the sense of entitlement so many women have. They act like they are entitled to a Prince Charming or Christian Grey and it’s our duty to provide it to them. If they don’t get what they want it’s somehow a failure of men and society when in truth they are no more entitled to what they want than we are entitled to their vag.

I'm a man and I've always liked nice things. In fact, if I can afford it, I like to get the best things there are. I used to think this meant that I spent a lot of money on things, but it turns out I don't. See, if I buy some dress shoes then I'll get one really nice pair of dress shoes. It will be well made, good quality leather, good construction, good resistance to weather, and look nice. I might spend $1,000 on them. But that pair of shoes will be taken care of and last me 10 years. The women I've dated will buy a pair of shoes based on the brand name and looks only. The shoes will still be expensive, but they will only be worn for a couple months before they are deemed to be "out of style" and discarded. The same type of story applies to bags, wallets, clothing, even cars.

Men buy things that are needed and then take care of them. Women buy things to make some sort of statement about what they can afford (or not really afford!) to buy.

The result is that men spend only a fraction of what women do, and that women constantly need to spend in order to be happy.

Give me a comfortable home and I'll live there contently. I'll work on improving the house where I can. I'll still be happy to spend money on expensive food or nice trips, but I'll also be happy to spend the day in my workshop building a new bench for the garden, and then I'll enjoy sitting in the garden on that bench reading.

I do earn a lot of money, but I don't need to. I also manage to save money no matter how much or little I earn.
