Why do most jobs pay shit in America? When women decided to work full time/part time instead of staying at home and taking care of their children, it added tens of millions of new employees to the workforce. But don't women find "fulfillment" outside the home? Most of the women I work with (who have kids) seem stressed out, tired, and frustrated by endless meetings and constant demands to "do more" without additional resources.

Lots of pregnancies cropping up at work these days. First one, they go back to work. Second one and on, they want to quit and be SAHM. But up until then, they'll really throw themselves into their career, to the point where they get promoted to a job with real responsibility and headaches. Then preggers is the only escape. Or quit regular job to be real estate agent, the second most popular escape plan.
