Translation: I'm fucking another guy; he appears to be better than you. If I can get him to commit, you can take a walk. If not, please wait until I'm ready to accept you again as my current atm and tampon.

Female: I want to have an open relationship.

Translation: I want to fuck other men while you pay for my current standard of living.
