The two big alternatives are gonna be RDA's and RTA's, but you're either gonna have to make you own coils (look up tutorials, it's easier than it looks) or you can buy pre-made coils. Spotting and concealment are basically the same. Generally, MBT's are easy to spot and have terrible viewrange, AFV's are basically the new "scouts" with good view range and good concealment. But it varies for each vehicle. And 6th sense is no longer a skill perk, it's automatic for every vehicle, regardless of crew perks. Like WoT, vehicles are invis until spotted, and can go invis again if they get out of range. There's still a "last known position" on the map too for lost targets.
