It was February 5, 2020, that finally brought my attention to what I could accomplish when I stopped making excuses and stop telling myself lies. I decided everyday I would look at what I’ve done and consider what I want to due. I went from being a puer to a vir. I decided to finally take the ultimate red pill, one of true celibacy, and pursue my dreams and goals I had long forgotten. Although it may have been due to an unfortunate situation, it still allowed me to change. I leave others with advice that has given me strength to stop procrastinating and actually pursue your dreams. 1. Write down anything relative to how you spend your days- I eat extra carbs, I didn’t write anything today, I didn’t practice my hobby, I didn’t finish my work within my allotted time, etc: 2.Stop putting things off, more importantly do things instantly, The time between thought and action is the hardest and most crucial moment. As it will either allow you to work towards or dream, or break them altogether. 3. Forget about others- truly focus on yourself and only you, there is no such thing as love only attachment and psychological conditioning. 4.Have a form of stress relief, use it at the end of your day, it can be exercise or video games or anything, just be as productive as possible throughout your day. 5. Realize you put limits on yourself, know your limits and constantly push past them even if it’s only a small amount each day it will eventually be monumental. I leave you with this quote that has allowed me to move forward and allows me to keep doing so, “To delay the day, is to waste it.”
