I am looking for ways to create passive income. My main focus is on the stock markets with solid companies and solid dividend. No guarantee for success though. Sometimes I hit my nose but that's part of the "game." It's in fact gambling with actually having a good chance to win.

I wouldn't recommend poker (other than doing that for fun occasionally without risking losing too much money).

Regarding translation: Dutch people speak German and English themselves. It'd be better if you'd known a more "exotic" language and do translation work out of that. But whatever your ball runs.

Other ways are online sales like ebay or amazon.

Or unless you have a hobby you like that you can make cash from.Other thing maybe is a food van for weekends at fairs and markets etc.

The title of your post is "Financial Stability" but you only talk about supplemental income.

If you want Financial Stability you need to look at your finances as a whole, I suggest /r/personalfinance .

I'm going to recommend picking up some free-lance writing gigs.

These days everyone has a website, and every website needs CONTENT. Start with one of two things: your knowledge, or your local area.

If you choose your knowledge base, start writing some basic articles about a niche aspect of it, and submit them to websites that are applicable to the content.

If you choose local, just go down to a community center, or the pub district, or wherever you can get info on what's happening in your community. Ukranian festival coming up? Write an article. New headliner act at the pub on friday? Write an article. New restaurant in town? Write an article.

Emulate (don't plagiarize) the format of other content out there, i.e. title-5w's-soundbite from person-background on event-soundbite-summary. Run it through an online grammar checker, and you're good to go.
