This is because men are not the target audience for such a consulting gig. The advertisement literally showcases who IS the target audience: strong, independent professional women who are miserable from the anxiety, depression and behavioral problems they have as they realize they're nearing an end game in their lives and wasted their good years on a lie.
You see, these types are the vast majority who buy into the feminism rhetoric and blame all their shortcomings and failures on some corporate male figurehead of the patriarchy.
They are already spun up and indoctrinated to buy into the ideology that everything bad that happens to them, including their mental health, is the fault of that boogey man.
So along comes this woman and her advertisement, pledging to save THEM from the storm...By offering her warm embrace to the 34 year old professional woman and all her problems, and letting Mr. Suit sink to the bottom.
This activates some emotional response from their target audience, that tells them"you can trust this person, she gets it, totally throw some money at her to fix your problems and empower you"
Except there is no actual fixing done.. This "consultant" is nothing but a con artist. She'll let women pay her tons of money so that she can validate all of their ideology...Tell them that the're totally right, it's the evil patriarchy keeping them down, and encourage them to double down on their behavior and rhetoric -making them MORE miserable, but ensnaring them as repeat customers.
Because, you see..this mostly doesn't work on men. They can't be conned like that. If they pay someone money to help them, and the "consultant" turns out to be a fraud... They'll walk out and demand their money back. Mostly.
There are the male versions of this, though.. Where dudes will pay money for things like dating coach seminars, or business success courses... The same shit happens there, con artists show up to tell them what they want to hear, and charge crazy amounts of money..
Meanwhile, the "consultant" is never actually certified in any sort of verifiable licensing, standards, or scientifically backed education. Their resume is always bullshit and full of fluff, often including tons of acronyms that nobody has ever heard of.
This is nothing but a con artist preying on their target audience. If anything, adding that imagery and text helps them sell MORE consultation, within the demographic they want to sell it to.
