I don't have children but if the state was taking more than I could afford to live on, I'd just flee to a country with no extradition. Sell everything and transfer my money into a bank account the US couldn't reach.

Child support is NEVER enforced on a woman. He can win but it won’t be enforced.

As for fleeing the country... they usually don’t want you leaving once you owe. Which means you would have to leave the country while everything was fine and you’re paying. Or flee the country illegally.

You can’t get a passport if you owe or are behind on child support.

If you had the kids you've got to pay for them, that's how it works. You shouldn't have had them.

Of course not having them will trigger a whole new set of people.
