I think this is because MGTOW is engaging. MGTOWs know how important MGTOW is to their lives, so constantly researching MGTOW is the difference between freedom and slavery. Plus there may be some haters lurking here! Many people hate MGTOW because MGTOW actually makes a difference. You cannot destroy MGTOW because it is an idea. You cannot destroy an idea. Furthermore, you cannot stop men from doing nothing. You can stop men from doing something. For example, in the manosphere, the MRAs tried hard and wasted hundreds of thousands of hours on legislative reform, but the feminist blue pill lawyers simply crushed the reforms!! All that effort wasted.

MGTOW is different. Zero effort. Zero work. And as a result of doing nothing, you destroy feminism. Plus you become free and prosperous.

Another reason is because people get tired of subs. With the red pill sub, they probably joined and started trying to bang girls. Then they realize how much money and time you're wasting on women and so they forget about red pill yet they are still subscribed.
