Lol I’m not that short like 5’10” and I’ve had women say oh you’re shorter than I thought when we met up. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had said oh you’re fatter than I thought.

I'm 5'4" and this has always been an issue for me. Women never took me seriously when I was younger: instant friendzone.

Even guys took me for a joke, until they met me in the gym and I matched them pound for pound, or beat them.

Point is, short people always have more to prove: society makes them prove it in order to be accepted as a "real man." So FYI, if you ever encounter a short man with "little man syndrome" just remember: he's had to prove something to people most of his life just to be accepted.

Big men are not a survival positive. Big targets, Big eaters, need more resources to survive.

If being big was a survival positive, we'd all be big. What it is is a social positive in a primitive mind space. Like the big guy is going to be the leader.

This is a falacy. As Heinlein pointed out, the superior man has the superior mind.

And as Fruechen points out in "Book of the Eskimo", big shots who try to take all the women, end up dead. The smaller guys gang up and kill them.

Which is why many big guys are naturally humble and decent. its an adaptation to prevent problems from their size.

Big men lost the advantage in battle with the invention of a long stick with a sharp rock at the end..

They are basically a cosmetic prop to women in their endless inter-slitch competition.

And if the collapse happens, alot of big people will die due to lack of resources to survive. Meaning a serious genetic dead end for women's tall men attraction.

Ok what I kinda hate about SOME short guys is how they sabotage themselves for being short and do nothing else. I'm 182 cm, my brother is like 10cm shorter and it's really annoying when I hear him talk about oh yeah but I'm taller. Not like I've had more success with women or in the studies/workplace compared to him (if anything he's had more success), but he keeps saying oh I can't do x or whatever other self-depreciating thing (and probably keeps comparing himself to me). I told him to work out like I do almost daily, I don't mind if I help him, he doesn't do it, not anything else to improve his body and/or feel better about himself. It's just making an excuse out of being short.

I really appreciate the ones who are shorter and don't have complexes about it and are nice guys otherwise, I don't see why one should care much. But there are also plenty of short guys who only see themselves as short and nothing else that are really annoying and don't want to do anything even if you want to help them.
