Yeah. I've yet to meet these women overwhelmingly paying child support. And women are given the default position in child custody in every single instance I've ever heard.

If such a tragedy did befall women, feminists would have been bitching about it long before they bitched about "Manspreading".

Judges are older. They aren't 19. They tend to range from their 40s to 70s. They're from a previous generation, most are trad cucks. They worship pussy.

There wouldn't be disparity in sentencing over all if judges weren't pussy worshippers.

They start with the woman, the man is an after thought. His "role" is to just pay as much as possible to punish him for the lies and stories she makes up. Plus he's a pedophile according to the ex wife and gaslit children who don't know what the fuck is going on.

It's all lies. From the first statement, "I have seen mothers who never see their kids..." most likely only occurs because they're in jail or in a coma. Your 1-off example is complete lies and fabrication. If it was real you'd have noticed it and know 20 guys with their kids and the wife is the one they're getting protection orders against.

I posted about my divorce experience here.

Being reasonable, cooperating and communicating for the good of our kid, while being prepared to fight in court to your last penny worked for me.

Keeping it short, my ex and I discussed our expectations and came to an agreement ourselves; our lawyers advised us what was acceptable / unacceptable to our State, for example, child support is based on a set of standard factors. Once we had our basic terms and agreements, we met with our attorneys and discussed our decisions, then filed for divorce once we agreed to the terms and conditions. The judge reviewed it and confirmed we both agreed, and approved it, less than 15-20 minutes in court, IIRC.

She knew me well, and I had told her I was prepared to go scorched earth if she was unreasonable. She's an attorney (not divorce), and knows that would only enrich our attorneys and our kid would lose the most.

The longer separation also let her "calm down" and it gave me time to prepare alternatives, including cashing out and leaving the country - worse case scenario.

what get's me is that we have shared, joint, full custody without conditions or restrictions, but I pay the child support! gynocentrism example. I put the child support I pay directly into an investment account I opened before he was born while we were married; every penny is accounted for.

Women are extremely favored in divorce and child custody court. It takes A LOT for a woman to not have primary custody or full custody of a child. Guys have to follow the order to a T while women get 2,3,4,5 chances.

It is technically correct. Yet I argue that it still skews so heavily in favor of women that the exceptions, and their rarity, only work to prove the rule. It's the same logic we use when saying AWALT, sure there are exceptions but they are few. No wants to lose an arm pulling pins on a box of grenades looking for the 1 in 1000 that's a dummy grenade?

This is one MGTOW view I've always been a little leery of. While the divorce and child support system is obviously biased towards women, viewing all men as saints is a mistake. I've been backbladed by plenty of both women and men in my life, it's just that women can do far more damage with the legal system.

About 6 years ago, I was approached by a man who pitched me an app idea which would manage his communication with his ex-wife.

I thought it was a good idea. He wanted to minimize the face-time with this woman as much as possible. Everything would be scheduled through this app...all the scheduling, school planning, messaging, any financial requirements, the whole damn honk and pony show.

I figured I would make the app for him and then release it to the market for other men.

The only thing in the back of my mind was the unknown...what is the support going to be like?

I began interviewing divorce lawyers about their experiences, and the pattern which was revealing itself was that I would effectively have to become a psychologist.

I eventually decided not to pursue development. I still have the domain name. Perhaps I might follow-through some day. I just cannot bring myself to invite that drama in my life.

Who is more likely to lose their kids in divorce?

Who is more likely to lose their assets?

Who is more likely to have to pay child support to kids that aren't even theirs, or never thought they had?

It's an almost guarantee, that divorce will turn out against the man's favour.
