I am a software developer, and I have worked with women. They end up doing documentation, training, and other less demanding tasks. If you have too many on the team, it really falls apart. I am tempted to change the gender on my drivers license. It would be great to officially be a woman and enjoy their privilege, but still think like a man.

Women have had just as much opportunity to be in computer science as men. Just like men have had the same opportunities to be in female dominated industries. Maybe some sexes just aren't interested in certain job fields- there's nothing wrong with that. Why does everything have to be 50/50?

Job fields run smoother when the people there actually want to be there. When a business is just filling a quota by having women, this can be disruptive.

I saw this situation in a friend that worked at a car parts warehouse. There was a hispanic, very overweight, woman working there as a temp with him and a few other temps. One every 6 months to a couple years a full time position comes up. Everyone wants this position of course, its a great job! My friend who was over qualified and moved faster than anyone was passed up for this woman. She worked terribly slow and was always given the easy jobs- no heavy lifting at all, just scanning boxes. She was now full time making 3x as much and moving slower than ever. My friend then knew he had to wait another 6 months to two years working alongside her for another position to open up. The warehouse basically said they needed a woman on the team (and probably some minority points there too). Boy did this cause resentment in some of the male workers.

60/40 is the average rate of students nowadays, men of course at 40, but who gives a shit.

Meanwhile, most women could care less about STEM even when paid for (already proven n the UK) and law makers go into panic mode because there are not enough women in STEM, because women are victims, and it is all under the catch phrase 'gender equality'.

See this shit. This is why men are not in the work force. You're forcing companies to fill roles with women who may or may not be qualified for the job. The government and corporations have absolutely no right to complain about the amount of guys dropping out of the work force until they get rid of diversity quotas and affirmative action and employ solely based on merit. Capitalism thrives on competition and the best companies usually have the best people running for them. What's the point of giving a shit about what you do if you can easily be replaced by someone who may not be as good as you simply because they have a wet hole in between their legs or their skin color is different.
