I disagree.
Men and women will not be treated the same, because they are not the same. Women are not just soft men!

It is inane, for example, to draft women in to front line military units (or even allow them there); they should be drafted and allowed to volunteer, but should serve other roles.

As another example, boys and girls think and learn in different ways. The educational system must recognize this, and treat them differently. Single sex classes might actually make sense. The war on boys must end!

And of course if you mean equality of outcomes, then you are a nutter. If you mean equality of opportunity, sure, women should be allowed to try to do most things that men can. If they can't measure up though, then they should be free to wash out.
