Hahahahaha, I actually did have a situation like that back in my high school art class. My art teacher gave me a hard time threatened to call the school sheriff for wanting to use red and black for my collage painting. She said it was gang colors. But in truth, it was based on revolution and anarchism. It had my character in it as well as revolutionary hip hop artists and leaders.

I have drawn incredibly fucked up shit in my notebooks for years and no teacher in the last 13 years have cared lol. I even drew a piece of soviet red army propaganda with a big soviet flag on a white board at school a few days ago and it still hasn’t been erased yet.

Keep it up but I will say this:
Chill with the shading my artist senses are screaming. Start by understanding the fundamentals of shading like hatching and crosshatching, you'll have much better results going forward.
Thanks! I appreciate the advice. But I can do much better than this if I’ve gone all out with this one. Though... I’ll probably save that for when I draw an official upscale version of it.

I'm curious, who is he? Does he have a goal or mission? Is he an explorer or survivor?
Are those lines on the sword actually wires that he can activate to electrify the blade?
I see a "Blademaster" with a high DEX, decent STR and CON, above-average INT and WIS, but a penalty to CHA (going around shirtless isn't exactly endearing to most)
To be fair, that's what went through my head the first two seconds I saw that picture, but I could be wrong; it's your character after all.

His name is Damian also known as “Conspiracy Rebel”, he was born at some point in the future, raised by a father who was an anarchist. The world was on the brink of an invasion lead by the Illuminati Overlord, Baruko. His father lead a rebellion to fight it only to die brutally by execution. 9 year old Damian finds his corpse. After a moment of grief at the loss of his father, he vows to avenge his father and put an end to Baruko’s regime. He trains for 7 years to such extreme lengths to the point he’s become a one-man army. Yes you’ve described him quite well, but As an added bonus, he also has extreme will power, allowing to take beatings that would normally kill a man as long as there’s so much as a drop of blood in his body. And his strength is far above average though I haven’t quite decided how far. But based on my original concept, he’d be up to City Level.
The lines on the sword... the original concept was origami, welding, and then foraging. I can’t really decide these days, but it’s definitely not wires. However, he can channel his will into it and make it more deadly.
You’re right about the lack of a shirt. I question that too. In my second version, he sports an off-white tee. Often, I tend to keep him shirtless due to my occasionally struggles at drawing drapes.
