The "Weaponization of Human Resources" I can totally see coming a mile away.

Thankfully, my business only has 14 employees (including myself and the other owner). 6 outside sales reps, 3 warehouse guys and 4 "office staff" and finally our .... I guess you would call him CFO? I hate those stupid terms .... he deals with our finances.

Anyways, we work with all of the GIANT corporatiosn out there. Novartis, Griffols, Genentech, J&J, Allergan, etc. and I hear and watch stories about how HR is turned into a weapon ALL THE TIME.

It has gotten out of control, pretty funny to see this happening to google though since they are the ones who have begun the preaching in the first place.

Make sure you stop supporting Google however much you can. I still use youtube, but now I switched over to a meta-search engine like https://www.searx.me which gives even better results than Google does.
