Some advice:

Keep quiet about this philosophy you're adopting. This is nobody else's business.
Do not let this turn you into an asshole. You can be both MGTOW and an enjoyable, non judgmental person.
Try to limit your social media intake. Unfollow people who are in relationships and whom you don't hang out with regularly. They want people to envy them and will post things designed to have that effect.
You can still have some involvement with girls. It's a normal human thing. Just be mindful enough to protect yourself. /u/mma9316 has some good advice ITT.
Do not commit. Do not put your faith in a woman at any time. If a girl starts breaking your balls for anything, cut her off.
You have value now, and you will have much more value later in life; UNLESS you fuck it up now. Always, always act with the long game in mind.

I would interact with women with a redpill mindset for now. NEVER fuck a girl bare back and I mean NEVER. Do not bust inside her even with a condom on. Save every single text message a girl sends you. Now I would not recommend going full mgtow at your age solely because to see the beast itself you have to interact with it. You'll understand mgtow more if you interact with women at your young age.

Going MGTOW can mean a lot of things, and I would caution you on any sort of extreme dislocation from all things female. Such a drastic course of action can be helpful to men in different circumstances, but would likely be disastrous at your age. Other guys have already talked about not proselytizing MGTOW to others and not being an asshole, etc. It's good advice - follow it - but I won't waste time repeating it.

Instead I'll say, learn the lessons of MGTOW and internalize them. Use the perspectives outlined here to protect yourself from the mistakes that so many men have made before you. Focus on yourself, and do things to set yourself up for success down the road. Study, get good grades, earn money for college, or start learning a trade. Do not waste your valuable time and effort on impressing the girls around you in school.

Bottom line, they don't matter. Here's why:

The girls your age will almost never be interested in you. By the time you've matured enough to be of interest to them, they will have already been banging the guys in the class above you. Do you really want their discarded seconds? That's how it was in my day, though I hear that the younger millennials are actually waiting longer to start having sex... if so, that's a good thing.
Teen girls are crazy. YOU are crazy... and that's OK. Hormones do a number on you, and it's going to be a roller coaster until you're well into college. Buckle up, hang on, and try to remember that for as crazy as adult women can get... teens can be ten times worse. That's because just like you, they're stewing in a cocktail of hormones that are essentially creating one constant chemical imbalance in their brains.
Because of #2, virtually any relationship you have at this stage in your life is not going to last beyond it. People change as adults; even the best of couples grow apart. The change in a person from 25-30 or 30-35 is nothing compared to what happens between 15-20. Even if you find the love of your life next year, odds are that she will be a very different person four years from now. Even if you still love her, she may have changed to the point where she no longer loves you. Once upon a time, people could get married young and stay together for their entire lives. That's because marriage was viewed in a much different light and people in general were expected to put a lot of work into making it... well, work. Yes, men and women changed as they got older, but they put in the time to adapt to each other and maintain the marriage. Once in a rare while you find people like that nowadays, but I don't think I've met any that were born after 1960. That aspect of our culture doesn't exist anymore. Women sure as hell aren't like that (shown by the 70ish percent of divorces that are initiated by women) and if we're honest, a lot of men aren't either.

The take away from all this is to treat dating in high school, if you do it at all, for what it is... practice. This is not to say you should treat every girl like dirt and just do whatever you want. I refer back to what /u/Ubernaut84 said about being an asshole. At the same time, you shouldn't be turning your life upside down to win a girl in high school when, in all likelihood, you won't even remember her name in 20 years.

You have one chance to set yourself up for the rest of your life. The hard work I put in between 14-21 put me in the relatively comfortable position I have today. Throwing away valuable opportunities in school to chase tail that won't really matter in the end can affect more than just your high school and college years. Miss certain opportunities and you could be paying for it for the rest of your life.

Should you date at all? Of course you should, but I wouldn't go seeking it out. If you truly focus on improving yourself, remain aloof, and refrain from showering the girls around you with the attention that your peers are going crazy to provide, believe me, you'll get interest. Women always want what they can't have. Take opportunities when they present themselves, and like everyone here says, BE CAREFUL. Enjoy your teenage years, but never forget that you are always one step away from a life-destroying rape accusation and one broken/sabotaged condom away from a life-changing pregnancy. Don't stick your dick in crazy, avoid sketchy situations, and do everything in your power to prevent pregnancy if you're going to have sex.

Read non-fiction more than fiction, just read more books in general
Start researching masculine-focused fitness (like, such as Starting Strength
Take up mindfulness meditation to quieten your ego and learn humility
Care about food, learn how to make a few meals from a wide variety of cultures
Care about fashion, learn how to fit a suit

Set an example to the men around you that they don't need to slave away at the plantation to please some random woman to be happy. Don't preach to them, just show them that it's OK (and almost always better) to be single. Remember your vintage 4chan? FBGM, mate. Fuck Bitches, Get Money.

Turning 18 in a week, I became MGTOW around the same age. It reached the point that I couldn't stand dealing with our generation entirely, especially the females. I resigned from physical school and joined an online school with flexible scheduling. In the meantime, I self taught myself everything about server administration and the Telecom industry.

Needless to say, from when I first went MGTOW, I'm now working as one of the main network administrators for a local wireless internet provider. The time that I've spent improving myself rather than chasing fairy tales has set me up for life. Again as others have stated, a lot of your choices depend on character.

Some say that "social interaction" is extremely important at our age, but I have to disagree. There isn't a day that goes by where I miss any of the pointless "conversations" that people our age. These years here meant nothing to me, and I'm doing damn fine on my own in the "real world".

Do you have a particular hobby that really peaks your interest? Find something you love to do, and just become the best you can be at it. Save your braincells from dealing with our generation of females and do something extremely productive.

I think a large problem with "newer" MGTOWs is that they feel like they have to adhere to a certain type of behavior/mindset or a certain set of rules (sadly MGTOW Reddit has been compromised into a pseudo-TRP/Mensrights/AltRight forum). Going your own way means exactly that, your own way. As long as you are aware of what is going on around you, and understand what it takes to protect your own interests, you're going to be fine. It doesn't mean you have to brainwash yourself with what other MGTOWs feel. None of us have the answers.

Go for it. I became MGTOW at 16 without knowing it was a movement until age 23. It has made all the difference. Sure, women look at me with a crooked eye and some people try to chalk me off as "weird", but for those people that see me on a holistic level see superhuman qualities that have transcended culture. Your decision to go MGTOW should be completely silent, at least until you are on your own two feet financially and intellectually.
