The longer I have been MGTOW and single the less and less interested I have been in a relationship. It's just not worth sacrificing your peace and free time for.

Fucking preach my brother!

good that you stop believing woman are magical health machines.
You don't need a "relationship" but you have to build a family. That's something completely different.

At best you will be 1 of 10 or more men part of a woman's life LOL

I lost my wife 14 months ago and lost 50,000 my house and my kids. Had a criminal trail and beat 2 years in jail on false domestic charges. Lost weight and battle alcoholism and depression now. She moved on within 3 months and had a new man around my 1-2 year olds. I was suicidal and alone, broke, depressed and drunk.....after all that to care about her maybe I’m the crazy one....no closure, I’m jealous and bitter. This is day one learning about mgtow whT do I need to know and what should I read or listen to to smarten up and not pine over the woman who ruined my life?

Read the sidebar documents.
Just so you don't feel to "done to"... I lost $900,000 plus another $1,000,000 in inheritance to my cheating slore, but, I don't feel to bad about it now. I don't have to put up with her shit anymore.
Going forward remember: You are the prize. Focus on making the best life you can doing the things YOU want, rather than trying to make some traitorous slut happy. See how much easier that will be? Start over, focus on your kids and you.
Alcohol is just going to make you do stupid things. I'd suggest stopping that.

How do I let it Go and move on? She’s so clever and beautiful and convincing!!! A true sociopath, she has the looks and the sex appeal and can convince a man of everything , I hate to admit it but I’m still weak and under her spell. I was sober for 6 years and fell off after she left I’ve been drunk for a year and full of hate and resentment, I need real help....suicide has become a reality....I’ve lost my self

Suicide is a permanent solution to a TEMPORAY problem. You don't need to be manipulated by your Ex-wife's pussy or wiles. (We all go out in a box... no reason to cut the game short. You still got a life to enjoy.)
I was furious and mad about my wife cheating for YEARS... and all it got me was heart disease. Just keep reading through the MGTOW stuff for while and work through the anger and betrayal. It's what we call here "red pill rage". It's the anger that you feel when you realize that men are manipulated and abused by society to women's advantage... and that family court isn't at all "fair and balanced".
There is understanding and peace on the other side of "red pill rage". You can work it out. After a while you will start to say to yourself: "It's not my fault that I got used/betrayed. It's her fault; but also somewhat just her NATURE."
The story of the scorpion and the frog:
A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung by the scorpion, but the scorpion argues that if it did that, they would both drown. The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion. The scorpion climbs onto the frog's back and the frog begins to swim, but midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog, dooming them both. The dying frog asks the scorpion why it stung the frog, to which the scorpion replies "I couldn't help it. It's in my nature.
Moral:
The moral of the story is that, like the scorpion, humans possess compulsions that they cannot repress even when it is in their best interest. Conversely, like the frog, humans can be too trusting and hence the importance of understanding others by their true nature.

Heavy man. I don’t even know what to say? I’ve heard that Analogy before but I forgot about it. How do I get over the rage? What do I read? Listen too? I want to scream to the world about what she’s doing and manipulating men....is warm the current guy but he was Engaged to her 12 years ago

If you remove something that used to be a big chunk of your life, it'll create a vacuum/emptiness. From here you either let those feelings take you towards a downward spiral by being stuck in the past or you harness them like the wind and enter a upward spiral by creating a better future.

Ok where do I look And what do I read or do to move up and not down?

Take that negative energy and direct it towards something. It could be a diet/exercise routine, a new hobby, investing more time into your career/business, etc.
The main idea is that you prioritize making your life great. Get to a level where you'll have achieved something that you could have only achieved by going your own way.
Also the manipulated man can be found on youtube, it's worth a listen.

I've just been reading the MGTOW boards for about 5 years, so you could just do that. I've heard that "The Manipulated Man" is a good source of information to.
As a vet, I really appreciate Terrance Popp on YouTube (Redonculous). He's funny, but it's a dark/true funny. Which you kind of need in your situation. Sounds to me like he went through a very similar legal situation to you where his ex seized his kids under the (false) premise that he was "dangerous" because he was PTSD after his service in the Middle East. There is a guy who's overcome much of the trouble caused by family court and moved past it.
Initially, after I caught my wife cheating, I felt like I needed to express my anger to her cheating partners (some strangers and some of my "friends"), but now - many years later - I just don't give a fuck. You can get there. It's OK to be angry. It's OK to be frustrated. It's really expected given the situatio you have been through.
Don't be surprised if later you have some PTSD issues once you are on the other side. Really, I was surprised when I recognized the symptoms in myself. Unreasonable anxiety and nausea while being triggered (in my case by some NTR Hentai!) Anyway, the PTSD is a bit harder to resolve than the anger - which for the most part really needs time and space.

I like what you’ve said here today. I find a lot of ppl are kinda dicks on here making assumptions or telling me I’m playing the victim if I’m mad....I’m mad but more importantly I’m Hurt, I was dooped my own father laughed at Me and said “ she sure played you huh” I came here for support not to be belittled by a coward with a keyboard.

I feel for you. White-knight male relatives are best for sticking a knife in your back and twisting. For example, my Dad convinced my Mom to give 40% of my inheritance from her to my cheating ex-wife (about $1,000,000). No sympthathy from him. His comment: "I'm sure she had to put up with your issues.". Fuck that. My issues were work my ass off to support her and the kids while she hung around at home being "mom" while playing online games and fucking my friends. She got the victorian home that I rebuilt from the inside and I got to couch surf for 6 years. It's so unfair and fucked up... but it is what it is and we have to move on at some point.
Worst thing is that before my mom died, she confessed to me that she cheated on my white-knight dad! Now, I'm not telling him. I know how much it hurts. I'd just as soon spare him. She's dead. Not going to make any difference now.

Tell me about it!
Just got home after working at brewery all week to talk to my Dad about going out to have breakfast with my kids tomorrow with him for father's day. He's on the phone with my ex.
He's all teary and asking "What he can do for her?" 'cause she sent him a nice father's day card. Fuck that bitch! She doesn't give a fuck about him - she just wants to maintain her relationship with an 82 year old man on his last legs so that she can siphon MORE of my inhertance out of him.
I declined to point that out to him and let him wallow in his self-rightousness and delusion.
Dad!

If she is hot, you just have to know that it was just your turn. Beautiful women rarely can deal with the attention they get. For you to hold on, would've been a herculean effort. Trust me it will be for the new guy too. I was where you are ten years ago. She got herself a big man after losing some weight finally. Just know theres nothing wrong with you, and even though its gonna be the hardest thing you've ever done, meet the guy, shake hands. I didnt do that, and it gets harder as time goes on. And trust me, it won't last. No one was more shocked than me when he dumped her after 4 yrs. You're gonna make it, this will be the hardest thing you've ever done though.

My cousin always used to say, "If you marry a pretty girl, she will leave you. Marry an ugly girl. She'll leave you too, but who cares? She's ugly."

Everytime im fighting against the programmatical and indoctrinated thirst over one girl(I'll be honest, it's always a fight going against society and norms. Atleast for me)
I just say to myself: "Dude, half of the world population are chicks, why do you care about one crazy whore? Move on with your life"
With that also comes the realitycheck that i never wan't to co-habitate, get married or have any children.
Ez life.

Worshipping women has never worked in any society, thus it doesn't work for any man. Contrary to what modern music preaches today.

I enjoy having sex though lol. I won't get married, protect myself from having kids and never trust birth control. I have home security that records all actions at my house to prevent any false accusations.
You don't need someone to be happy, you are responsible for your own happiness. Having someone else around who is also happy themselves and still sucks your dick is nice.
That’s right!

I was shy and introverted growing up and I still haven't fully gotten over it and I always wondered why my friends seemed to alternate between phases of "girlfriend"---> "dating and looking for girlfriend". If they weren't with a girl, they were actively looking for someone to date. Why? Even now I wonder if it was all just symptons of low testosterone and lack of sex drive but this always puzzled me.

"Romantic relationship won't magically fix your life."
That was the understatement of the year. A romantic relationship will RUIN your life. Well assuming you value peace of mind, sanity, your time and your wealth.
