Srs though, get goals even if they are meager. Goals are what makes you look forward to the next day. For example, get a hobby, you will naturally get goals through that. I myself started collecting coins and look for errors on them. Time consuming hobby that makes me eager to wake up lmao.

Just got out of a 4 year relationship (19-23) with my ex-fiancé and my story is very similar to this. It gets better, just hold on. The ride will be a long depressing one, but you’ll feel a lot better in the end. Always remember you left for a reason, no matter how great the good aspects of her was.

Lastly, I have a lot of spare time since most of my friends are married. I can be your e-friend or a person you can talk to until you get through this.

You need to learn to enjoy things by yourself. It's okay to go out and do activities alone. Find the peace in being alone. You only have to worry about yourself, no one else. Damn man, jumping from relationshits like that reminds me of my ex and she wouldn't remain single she just would leech off everyone. Go start hanging out at your nearest pub. Even if you don't drink alcohol, soon you'll be a regular and know everyone. My best mate did that after his divorce since at first he wasn't used to coming home to an empty house. It worked like a charm.

Turn internal for recognition, confidence and company. Be your own best friend. Practice positive self talk as stupid as that sounds it works. Don’t downplay things you do everyday. Hit the gym and when you feel like quitting tell yourself you’re a badass and keep going.
