In new zealand, the tax returns have a section to declare "illegally gained income" to pay tax on it. It's in the law that the tax department can't disclose it to the police. Yup. I'm using a ten year old lg optimus one. It receives phone calls, sends texts, and lets me log into my bank app when I need to move money around. That's about all I need.
