The west has always been full of simps and cucks, medieval romance is the proof. Dating in general on the west was, and still is, a female experience. For western cultures the feminine is "sacred" for the eastern culture the feminine is a failed version of the masculine. The real gynocentric and hypergamic problem begun all the way back in the early medieval and late classical eras, when women received a kind of "special" status as objects of praise and adoration.

I personally blame, partially but not fully, the Catholic church with the hole sanctification of virgin Mary, this led to a kind of idealised version of women that never existed. That and the whole medieval courting and courtship system, which is ridiculous especially if you consider how hard life was back then, that virtually made "all women queens" long before any feminists.

In sumary, the west has been a cuck ans simp factory, running full force since the medieval times, western women have always been entitled little sluts that belive they are somehow special as Jesus's Christ mother herself, and our dating/relationship culture is/was just a reflection of how shitty our women have been since basically forever.
