Agreed. I think that when people come to r/MGTOW and see it for the first time, they see the crude jokes and a lot of articles, chats, Memes, pointing out female nature and hypocrisy and determine that it's a hate group.

They're missing the bigger picture of why MGTOW is a lifestyle that men are adopting. But once they feel like they can categorize you as a hater, then they can pretend that they understand you enough to dismiss you altogether.

People hate mgtow because:

They are conditioned to believe that there is something wrong with a man who does not want to stay on the plantation. This is met with ridicule.
Incels post their horseshit on here and people upvote it because they get a quick validating release of dopamine. And most of their crap is not now or ever mgtow in any way. So people associate mgtow with incels, which does not do wonders for the reputation.
People like to hate on things they dont understand, especially in the comfort of an anonymous internet forum.

Ohhh it makes total sense! 2 main reasons

1: Women can't stand seeing man happy without them

2: Women need the men who they don't like to be around them and do shit for them and buy them shit because otherwise they might have to spend some of their own money!

Ya another reason I #MGTOW is because of how I have seen men treat women my whole life. I never could hump and dump (although I wish I have). I have tried in the last few years but it comes to the same result. As soon as a girl seems interested in me I get disgusted and turned off.

Let's imagine there is something like a life energy that everyone has a limited amount of. The analogy works with time too. Split the length of your life in blocks of times and you will have a "n" amount of blocks.

The drainage of this energy will happen in diverse ways and most of it towards a woman and kids: spend a lot of time blocks to make money to pay the debt for a big house and two nice cars, "pay" attention to her, listen to a woman's infinite problems, rise the children, school the children, give her nice vacations, quality orgasms, get in shape for her to still like you, and so on and so on and so on.

I am not someone thats aligns with MGTOW but likes to look at all forms of thought. It seems like there is a large portion of this sub that is more focused on putting women down instesd of building other men up.

I just dont see much of guys talking about taking steps to make their dreams come true or taking steps to bettering themselves. Mostly just memes about how all women and whores and are useless.

For a group of people supposedly focused on going their own way and looking towards the future, they seem to spend a large part focussing on their past and the group they are moving away from.
