First would be going to your doctor or a free clinic for an STD check. Hopefully, you're clear, and if not you might be all in a tizzy over something that's easily cured. The sooner you know for sure, the better. If you're still thinking about suicide in the meantime, I suggest calling a suicide help line ASAP.
