I once thought the same and my romantic gay ass beta self could easily have written this dog shit. I always idealized and romanticized women too much, but I started going to this magnitude during college at one point. We just want to be accepted by the people around us, including the women, and belong to the in-group. He just wants to be loved and accepted. Hopefully, he realizes it's an never ending self compromising position to be in and it'll never yield the fruits you want even if they seem right in front of you.

Following the loss of my idealism of women, I began to hate them, but that's just the opposite extreme. They're just people and can be nice and fun, but relationships and sex in the modern world can only be for fun and short term companionship. If you get the right frame of mind, I think you can have meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with women, but thinking it's going to last forever is just wanting security that is an illusion unless you're on the same page about what is going on, but that's damn near impossible. If you're truly self actualized, you should be able to navigate this and accept it as you don't need women, though they are nice to have when you do. If you can't moderate your relationship with women, then monk mode or ONS seem to be the best bet.

Wow, dude needs to wake up. Women are no more 'magical' than men, they're just people, flawed like all the rest. Putting them on a pedestal only puts more pressure on them to be something that they are not. Also, it shows that you're not a good judge of reality, so why would they want to be with you?
