Semen retention works. The longer you do it, it becomes habit and you don't really think about it until it's throbbing like crazy when you wake up, but at the same time you don't really feel the need to release.

Tried the post nut clarity route, it works too, but that also sapped my energy in general. Semen retention does not do that.
