If im forced to interact with a whamen that i HAVE to be polite with, i make sure to never ever smile or laugh in their presence.

If im interacting with a whamen i don’t have to be polite to, i look at them with hatred, and ignore.

It really isn’t that hard to put women off mate, when your fantasising about brutally murdering them in ur head, i think they can tell.

The basics of MGTOW are no marriage and no cohabitation (because common law marriage exists). My advice if you choose to pump and dump, use a different name and don't let them know where you live. That way they can't find you after. Of course this depends where you live, works great in cities. Don't take them to places you visit frequently to lessen the chance of running into them again. Its a lot harder to do if you live in a rural area.

You have some dangerous years still ahead of you. Live and learn and survive.

In order to reach the goal you describe, you have to internalize the treacherous nature of women, and imho this is only learned by experience, either by growing up with very obviously useless women which will teach you the truth from early on (basically fucking up your childhood), or you have to go through the brutality of having intimate relationships with females later on in order to get your fairytale illusions destroyed. Biology and social conditioning are very strong forces.

In any case, I do not believe that you acquire the wisdom of developing distain for women by theoretical lectures, but rather by experience combined with confirmation of that experience by what other men have gone through.
