You'd be better off going keto carnivore and just eating 1-2lbs (.5-1kg) of ground/minced beef every day. Better vitamin and mineral bioavailability, not eating industrial oils, PUFAs low-grade plant proteins, or other frankenfoods. Just good old-fashioned ruminant. At $2-4/lb (where I am in the U.S.) you're talking about $150-$200 a month for tastier, healthier food. Of course you can shake it up a bit and get steak, ground lamb, chicken, pork, etc., but if all you're concerned about is balancing proper nutrition and costs, you can't go wrong with ground beef.

There's no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. I went keto carnivore a year ago (shocker: as my divorce was materializing) and I've lost 40 lbs and feel fantastic. Would advise you to shy away from lab-engineered foods. They're sub-par. r/carnivore r/carnivorediet

(As an aside, it's the Seventh Day Adventists that began advising people to stay away from meat, for it provides too much "vigor" to people and leads them to carnality. Plenty of information out there I don't need to go in on, but if you google Kellogg's, like the cereal, along with seventh day adventism and veganism, you'll come up with a treasure trove of history and bad health policy over the last century.
